Flights of the Mind

Some of the stories in this collection are situated in the past, while others are contemporary. They straddle the twentieth century up to the present day. Many are written from a child's perspective. Inspired by memoir, some stories may manifest as creative non-fiction, and others are pure fiction. As the reader progresses, they will encounter, in scattered stories, characters from one family whose lives move through time. There is both humour and reflection to be discovered, emanating from the author's long and fulfilling life.
